Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Superintending Engineer/QSS Lead to direct a multidisciplinary team on major building services projects at the aerodrome. You will oversee manpower deployment, manage interfaces, and ensure compliance with aviation and safety standards.

The role requires extensive leadership, contract administration expertise, and shift-work capability to meet demanding project schedules. Aviation experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years' relevant experience in mechanical or electrical building services.
• 15+ years on major building projects of similar size/complexity.
• PEB Singapore-recognised degree; ideally IES registered as RE.
• Currently employed by the Contractor for at least 5 years.
• Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration.
• WSHMCI safety management training and related certifications.
• Familiar with site supervision, quality/health/safety, reporting.
• Experience in Aviation/Aerodrome sector preferred.
• Able to perform shift work.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall team direction and management to realise project objectives to high standards.
• Oversee QSS manpower deployment per main contractor schedules; ensure welfare.
• Govern multi-disciplinary integration with interface registers and workflows.
• Interface management: coordinate and resolve integration issues.
• Keep conversant with Changi Aerodrome Manual, Airside Works Procedures, AOS and WSH Manual.
