Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior leader to direct and manage mechanical or electrical building services projects across major construction works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant mechanical or electrical building services experience.
• At least 15 years on projects of similar size and complexity involving major construction works in buildings.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering; PE Board recognition (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project teams to achieve objectives as required by the Superintending Officer and consultants, ensuring adherence to professional, technical, and safety standards.
• Oversee and administer manpower deployment aligned with main contractors' work schedules, ensuring personnel welfare is maintained.
• Manage contract administration proficiently under Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) to ensure compliance and effective project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with Changi Aerodrome Manual, Airside Works Procedures Manual, Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) requirements, Workplace Safety & Health Manual, and all applicable airport circulars.
• Provide governance and lead multi-disciplinary integration by managing interface registers and coordination workflows to systematically resolve interface and integration issues.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Preferably accredited as a Registered Resident Engineer with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES)
