PUB Public Utilities Board - SGP is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to lead and manage tenders and contracts for water-related renewal projects within the Water Reclamation (Network) Department. You will develop specifications, procure agreements, and oversee contractor work to meet safety and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of structural and geotechnical analysis.
• Knowledge of Eurocode for structural concrete, steel and geotechnical design.
• Knowledge of Public Sector Conditions of Contract and experience in preparing tender specifications and documents.
• Independent, results-oriented team player with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, procure, administer and manage tenders and contracts in line with safety and budget requirements.
• Prepare tender documentation according to codes of practice and procurement guidelines to deliver value to PUB.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to obtain approvals from stakeholders for project implementation.
• Oversee construction works to ensure safety, environmental controls and regulatory compliance.
• Assess progress claims and variations per contract guidelines and monitor project costs against budget.
• Address public and stakeholder feedback professionally to ensure smooth project delivery.
