Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of structural and geotechnical analysis.
• Knowledge of Eurocode for structural concrete, steel and geotechnical design.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Conditions of Contract and tender documentation preparation.
• Independent, result-oriented and communicative team player.

Responsibilities

• Implement, procure, administer, develop and manage tenders and contracts for PUB projects in line with safety, budget, and technical specs.
• Prepare project tenders per codes of practice, procurement guidelines and PUB best interests.
• Coordinate with consultants/contractors and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
• Oversee construction works to ensure safety, service protection and environmental controls.
• Resolve technical/ construction issues with consultants/contractors to progress projects.
• Assess progress claims and variations per contract guidelines.
• Make budget projections and ensure expenditure aligns with plan.
