Job summary

WEBUILQ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, develop and manage construction-based projects in Singapore. You will facilitate construction designs and ensure safe implementation, while maintaining efficient workflows and material safety.

Key duties include coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, supervising site activities, preparing status reports and change orders, and managing project execution with minimal supervision on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of Singapore construction experience.
• Experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) for commercial buildings.
• Ability to read and follow written or verbal graphic instructions.
• Strong communication skills and on-site experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in site supervision
• Plan, schedule, forecast, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of projects
• Manage and plan the construction project
• Assist in project tendering and budget for the project within an estimated cost
• Control the cost of materials and labor
• Coordinate and check engineering deliverables
• Attend site meetings, inspections and monitor project progress
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, authorities and agencies
• Prepare monthly project status reports and change orders
• Manage the daily operation of project execution
