Job Description

• Assisting the Executive Chef/Head Chef with daily operations
• Responsible for overseeing food production team
• Lead and manage the kitchen with optimal manning level; Assist in training and development of kitchen team
• Ensure team’s compliance with food hygiene standards and health/sanitation regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs

Requirements

• Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
• Preferably 3 years of managerial experience in a kitchen specialising in Western cuisine (Pizza, Pasta, etc.)
• Good interpersonal, communication and management skills
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays
• Split shift required
