Job summary

The successful candidate will ensure freshness of ingredients, maintain clean work areas, and follow hygiene policies. Additional duties may be assigned by management as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking to specification and plating standard.
• Ability to operate commercial cooking equipment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe storage practices.
• Familiarity with daily purchasing and receiving of goods.
