Job summary

Home Nursing Foundation is seeking a Lead Centre Manager to oversee a cluster of Active Ageing Centres (AACs) in Singapore, including the AAC @ Serangoon. You will lead a team of AAC Supervisors, drive programme delivery, and ensure safe, engaging services for seniors.

You will partner with healthcare and community stakeholders, review SOPs, manage budgets and be responsible for reporting and compliance. A strong leader with senior engagement experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with proven leadership, operations, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior cafe/restaurant management experience is advantageous as the AAC under the Manager will have a community cafe.
Approachable and enjoys engaging with seniors.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of a cluster of Active Ageing Centres (AACs) and manage the AAC @ Serangoon, including daily administration and programme delivery.
Lead and support AAC Supervisors to foster wellbeing and a positive team culture.
Coordinate staff recruitment and training with the Head of Centre-Based Services.
Ensure consistent service standards across Centres through collaboration with AAC supervisors.
Develop and review SOPs, contingency and emergency plans in line with policies.
Monitor incidents, audits, inquiries and feedback with documentation for management and authorities.
Oversee facility maintenance, procurement, vendor management and cost control.
Plan manpower deployment across centres for optimal resource coverage.
