Job summary

Geylang East Home For The Aged seeks an Assistant Care Manager to lead operations and care coordination at the Active Ageing Centre (AAC). You will supervise staff, monitor service delivery, and ensure MOH/AIC compliance and quality reporting.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Social Work or related field, 2–5 years eldercare experience with 1–2 years in supervision, and English with Mandarin preferred. This is a hands-on leadership role in a compassionate community setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years eldercare, community development, or healthcare experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior operational role.
• Familiarity with MOH/AIC service guidelines and client assessment tools.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin preferred to engage seniors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily centre operations and governance aligned with MOH/AIC requirements.
• Oversee care coordination, client intake, assessments, and risk screening.
• Drive community outreach, volunteer engagement, and partnerships.

• Manage data documentation and reporting for audits.
