Job summary

You will lead AAC Supervisors, support staff recruitment and training, and maintain compliance with SOPs and policies.

The role involves managing incidents, audits, and community collaborations, while coordinating manpower deployment and ensuring financial sustainability of care services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, Allied Health or a related healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of Active Ageing Centres ensuring smooth service delivery for seniors.
• Lead and support AAC Supervisors, fostering a positive team culture.
• Assist in staff recruitment and training, collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent service standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, contingency plans, and policies.
• Manage incidents, audits, public inquiries, and feedback.
• Monitor and report centre statistics to management and authorities.
