Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore is seeking an experienced Catering & Events Manager to drive hotel events from inquiry to execution. You will source catering business, liaise with clients on requirements, and coordinate with sales and catering teams to optimize space and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include site visits, managing logistics (room setup, AV, F&B), handling last-minute changes, and post-event follow-up with client feedback and payments.
