NTUC’s e2i (Employment & Employability Institute) is seeking a Career Services Coach to drive job matching and employability improvements across island-wide locations. You will coach jobseekers, partner with government and private organisations, and deliver integrated employment solutions through outreach and career-centre activities.

Responsibilities include coaching jobseekers to their goals, maintaining case notes, analysing progress, planning outreach events, and ensuring timely job

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in job matching, recruitment, or career coaching.
• Ability to write clear case notes and reports.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach jobseekers to achieve placement goals and job readiness.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth career-centre operations.
• Plan and implement outreach initiatives to promote career services.
• Draft case notes and analyse strategies to improve placement outcomes.
• Use coaching techniques to drive successful matchings for jobseekers and workers.
• Monitor progress and follow up with jobseekers on placements.
