Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day operations of CareHub to meet KPIs.
• Lead implementation of CareHub functions and IT systems with stakeholders.
• Drive change management and improve workflows and SOPs.
• Monitor and report KPIs and service standards; mitigate risks.
• Oversee training and knowledge management for Call Centre Officers.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand CareHub initiatives.
