Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte. Ltd. in Bukit Batok Care Home is seeking a Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE) to assist in nonclinical administration and support operations to run daily administrative, operational, logistics, maintenance, safety and security activities.

You will work with the Centre Director/Manager and COO to ensure services meet required standards, lead a team, manage outsourced vendors, prepare reports and tender documents, and collate operational statistics for reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with relevant operations and corporate experience.
• Knowledge of security operations, facility management, fire safety and workplace health and safety.
• Experience in budgeting, leading teams, preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel data management and analysis, and tender document development (specifications and evaluation criteria).
• Ability to write well and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all support services of the Care Home and maintain targeted performance standards.
• Plan, coordinate and manage operational support services including administration, procurement, logistics, cleaning, maintenance, safety and security.
• Supervise Facility Assistants and outsourced vendors to ensure standards and timely tasks.
• Collaborate with CM/Centre Director and COO; manage bids and procurement processes.
• Collate monthly duty rosters and assist in reporting; leverage IHAM for FM workflow.
