Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Operations Support Executive / Assistant Manager for Bukit Batok Care Home. You will oversee nonclinical administration, manage facilities, procurement, logistics, safety and security, and lead a team to deliver resident services with the care team.

You will support the Centre Director/Manager and COO, drive standard operating procedures, prepare reports, and engage with vendors. Strong writing and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with 3+ years in operations or corporate experience in a similar function.
• Knowledge of security operations, facility management, fire safety and WHS.
• Experience in budgeting, team management, preparing PowerPoint presentations, data management in Excel, reporting and tender documents.
• Excellent writing ability and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all Care Home support services and maintain target performance standards.
• Plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, procurement, logistics, cleaning, maintenance, safety and security.
• Supervise Facility Assistants and outsourced vendors to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors, security staff and transport teams as needed.
• Assist Centre Director/Manager and COO in tender projects and reporting.
