Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Care Associate in Singapore to support seniors with daily living activities, including feeding, monitoring, and medication administration under supervision. The role involves planning activities, community outings, meal prep, and logistics support.

You will also handle light administrative duties, inventory management, and participate in training to enhance skills, while maintaining high standards of care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' or 'N' level.
• Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Community Care) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of designing and conducting care programs for seniors.
• A cooperative and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) respecting their preferences.
• Support oral/NGT/PEG feeding, medication administration, and basic monitoring.
• Contribute to planning and facilitating daily programming, activities and community outings.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages; engage in cleaning, disinfection, and logistics support.
• Assist with administrative duties, inventory management, and material procurement.
• Promptly escalate and report any incidents, complaints, or unusual observations.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and equipment hygiene.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
