Job summary

Home Nursing Foundation in Singapore seeks a compassionate Community Care Associate to support seniors with daily living activities, mobility, personal care and safety within our Day Care Centres.

You will plan and run engaging activities, monitor participation, coordinate volunteers, maintain a clean, safe premises, and assist in emergencies as required.

Required: WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Community Care) and at least 3 years of experience in community care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs such as feeding, showering, toileting and mobility.
• Plan and conduct activities for clients, including those with dementia.
• Monitor participation and coordinate volunteers.
• Ensure centre cleanliness and safety, and provide administrative support.
