KWSH is seeking a Community Care Assistant in Singapore to provide person-centred direct care and day-to-day operational support for seniors in the Senior Care Centre.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, rehabilitation, and meaningful engagement programmes while maintaining a safe care environment and documenting routine observations. A structured training path is provided.

Qualifications

• Completed a recognised healthcare or caregiving training programme, such as the WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare, eldercare, or community care settings is an advantage.
• Candidates without prior experience may be considered with structured training.
• Demonstrates patience, respect and a genuine willingness to serve elderly clients.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist seniors with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support rehabilitation, exercise and wellness activities.
• Facilitate social, recreational and engagement programmes.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for clients and staff.
• Assist with documentation and administrative duties.
• Support centre operations, programme prep and event coordination.
• Assist in inventory management and maintaining care equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to support wellbeing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
