Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking staff to support seniors in a day care setting, providing daily care and engaging activities to enhance wellbeing.

You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, safety, and social engagement, while building strong relationships with seniors and caregivers. A healthcare certificate and empathetic communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Healthcare or a related course
• Experience in social services or the healthcare industry is preferred
• Empathetic with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, diaper changing and feeding
• Escort and assist seniors during transportation to and from the care centre
• Ensure seniors' safety and comfort during transportation
• Facilitate games, activities and social engagement for seniors
• Build positive relationships with seniors and caregivers
• Perform other duties as assigned
