Synechron is seeking a Functional Business Analyst with 10–12 years in the Cards and Payments domain to lead requirements and delivery across complex programs. Qualifikationen

• 10–12 years of experience in Cards and Payments domain.
• Experience in Cards Fraud (3DS, fraud detection and prevention).
• Card modernization initiatives and AI-driven projects are advantageous.
• Detail oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to gather information from stakeholders and translate into requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage project and program engagement including planning, vendor relationships, scope changes and risks.
• Deliver executive level communication on capabilities and solutions.
• Translate high level requirements into detailed documentation and user stories.
• Coordinate with product owners, designers and developers to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify dependencies and manage non-functional requirements and risks.
• Collaborate with test teams to translate requirements into test scenarios.
