Job summary

R Systems International in Singapore seeks an experienced delivery leader to manage card-technology projects from planning through production launch and post-launch support. You will challenge designs, guide developers, manage dependencies, and intervene when issues arise.

Championing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll ensure security standards and integrate Cardlink/ VisionPlus, CICS, COBOL, and card APIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering card-technology solutions across regions.
• 5+ years leading IT card-delivery teams.
• Experience with large card projects in banking/FS.
• Strong knowledge of Cardlink or VisionPlus.
• Understanding of CICS, COBOL, 3D Secure, card APIs, loyalty and rewards.
• Familiarity with Java and Oracle Database.
• Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan deliverables, budgets, timelines, resources, and technical dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Coordinate developers, architects, security specialists, analysts, testers, and vendors.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, and control standards.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, performance, security, and penetration testing.
• Manage technical risks, issues, and project escalations.
• Plan production implementation and system cutover.
• Ensure a smooth launch and adequate post-implementation support.
• Provide L3 support when required.
• Maintain project documentation and delivery status reports.
