Job summary

NTT Data Singapore is seeking a Senior Java Developer to work with a vendor team to translate functional and technical specifications into robust software solutions. The role covers design through code, unit testing, and providing production support across SIT/UAT cycles.

Ideal candidates have extensive Java/J2EE experience, Oracle SQL, and experience with card/payment platforms. Strong collaboration with analysts and multiple stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in IT/Card domain, preferably with financial institutions.
• 7+ years delivering global/regional cards solutions.
• 3+ years leadership in IT cards delivery teams.
• Strong Java/J2EE and card/payment system experience.
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains and security tooling.
• Proficient SQL in Oracle with web servers like Tomcat/WebLogic.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of vendors to develop programs according to specs.
• Write program specifications and documentation / flowcharts.
• Perform/Review unit testing; support SIT/UAT.
• Coordinate with System Analysts on changes and enhancements.
• Manage deployment components and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with internal teams.
• Ensure standards/procedures align with bank/organization guidelines.
• Guide technical solutions from design to code level.
