Senior User Project Lead — Cards & Payments Delivery

Job summary

OCBC invites a results-driven User Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Cards, Payments and Personal Loans. You will bridge Business and Technology, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized and translated into effective technology solutions.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governance, while driving cross-functional collaboration and rigorous testing to ensure successful outcomes across regional offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, business implementation or change delivery within the banking/financial services sector.
• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled projects, preferably in Cards, Payments, Personal Loans or Rewards.
• Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle (requirements, UAT, implementation, post-implementation support).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Business, Technology and support functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across Cards, Payments & Personal Loans.
• Act as liaison between Business and Technology; translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance and partners.
• Oversee testing activities including planning, UAT, defect management and sign-off.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and manage risks and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, processes and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery and post-implementation validation.
• Provide project support to regional offices (Malaysia, HKMO, Indonesia).
