GOODWOOD PARK HOTEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated candidate to join the Food & Beverage Department. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will handle guest enquiries, assist with inventory and mise en place, support cost-saving measures, and manage RSVP manifests and seating for events.

You will warmly welcome guests and build rapport, ensuring a memorable dining experience, with additional duties as assigned by management. Weekend and split shifts are required.

• Support the establishment with cost-saving measures such as avoiding breakages.
• Handle the RSVP manifest, leading guest and allocate seats for guests at the podium.
• Welcome guests, build rapport with the patrons and extend fond farewell at the end of their patronage.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

• Able to work on weekends.
• Able to work split shifts.
• Able to accommodate to rotating off days (no fixed day of the week).
