Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a seasoned Campaign Analyst to drive end-to-end execution and measurement of client campaigns for the Private Bank and Treasures franchises in Singapore. You will own campaign delivery, governance, and closed-loop attribution from send to revenue impact.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in analytics or digital marketing within financial services, proficient in SQL and Python, and experience with multi-channel campaigns and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in analytics, campaign management, or digital marketing within financial services.
• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with exposure to big data technologies and campaign management platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools and Wealth Management platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage PBTPC campaign demand and delivery, prioritizing requests and coordinating stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign readiness and governance, ensuring artefacts, reviews and approvals prior to launch.
• Maintain campaign tracking and governance in Control Tower, ensuring accurate configuration and reporting integrity.
• Co‑own the NBN governance framework with business stakeholders, ensuring standards and documentation are current.
• Lead campaign performance reviews, identify improvements, and recommend actions to enhance outcomes.
• Design and implement multi‑channel engagement frameworks aligned with priorities and client experience goals.
• Build and apply Python and CMP expertise to automate workflows and accelerate insight generation.
