Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented analytics support professional in Singapore to review digital campaign content, prepare personalised materials, and deploy campaigns.

You will build and maintain automation tools, macros, and dashboards to track performance, while coordinating with Relationship Managers and internal teams.

This role starts mid-September 2026, requiring hands-on Excel/VBA skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or related fields
• Hands-on knowledge of Excel Macros, VBA, scripting, low-code tools or workflow automation is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or other data visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Able to start by mid-September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Review and check digital campaign and client engagement content for accuracy and quality.
• Support the preparation and distribution of personalised content and campaign materials.
• Create and maintain Excel macros, VBA scripts and automation tools to improve work processes.
• Manage campaign deployment, including preparation, checking and distribution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports or insights.
• Maintain the central mailbox and assist with queries or escalations.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and digital tools.
