Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking an experienced Analytics professional to drive end-to-end client campaigns for its Private Bank and Treasures Private Client franchises. The role sits in the Regional Wealth Data Chapter, translating business strategies into targeted NBNs and NBCs, with ownership of campaign effectiveness measurement from send through to revenue impact.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of analytics or digital marketing experience in financial services.
• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python; exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with campaign management platforms such as HCL Unica, Interact; data visualization with Qlik Sense.
• Familiarity with Wealth Management platforms is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with machine learning for client engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage PBTPC campaign demand and delivery, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely deployment.
• Monitor campaign readiness, artefacts, reviews, and approvals prior to launch.
• Maintain campaign tracking and governance in Control Tower with accurate reporting.
• Co-own the NBN governance framework with stakeholders and ensure standards are followed.
• Lead campaign performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement multi-channel engagement frameworks aligned with priorities.
• Build and apply Python and CMP expertise to automate workflows and speed insights.
