Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Senior/Calibration Engineer for our new pharma plant in Singapore. You will manage calibration of instruments, maintain compliance with metrology regulations, and prepare budgets.

The role requires a bachelor in EEE or instrumentation, at least 3 years in calibration, English proficiency, Mandarin communication beneficial for China HQ communications, and strong coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related majors.
• Minimum 3 years calibration experience.
• Familiar with national metrology management regulations.
• Professional English; Mandarin communication preferred with China HQ for technical communication.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Holding metrological calibrator certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration management of instruments per regulations and procedures.
• Prepare annual cost budget.
• Complete internal calibration on schedule with records and reports.
• Summarize and update the instrument ledger.
• Review, register and file relevant documents to ensure complete records.
• Monthly check summary.
• Review, apply for purchase and acceptance of instruments.
• Complete all kinds of annual safety quality indicators.
• Establish and optimize operation processes; train and ensure implementation; report problems and solve them.
• Complete assigned tasks and duties.
