Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer (C++) / Software Developer for manufacturing to join a growing regional team.

You will design, develop and maintain C++ software for automated manufacturing equipment, analyze user requirements, collaborate across functions, manage software vendors and drive ongoing improvements in development processes.

Exposure to SECS/GEM is a plus, and experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in C++ or C.
• Exposure to equipment/manufacturing industry.
• SECS/GEM exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications using C++ for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for development/implementation or enhancements to existing applications.
• Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for improvements, including new features and functionality.
• Manage software vendors and provide technical expertise to business users.
• Drive improvements and innovations in development processes.
