Job summary

ROHDE & SCHWARZ REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Business Process Responsible to optimize administrative processes in Onsite Service and to drive end-to-end improvements across national and international service order projects.

You will model processes, identify optimization opportunities, coordinate changes with IT teams, and develop documentation and training for local service organizations, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing operational/value-chain processes in international environment; experience in post-sales service is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management, supply chain management, Lean methods and change management.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to quickly understand complex topics and develop focused solutions.
• Strong IT skills (SAP ERP, C4C, S4HANA, Power BI, Jira, Reporting and Forecasting Tools).
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills; intercultural competence and assertiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Process Responsible (BPR) for administrative processes in Onsite Service.
• Lead and participate in national and international projects in Service Order Management and service logistics (end-to-end).
• Analyze and model current end-to-end service order processes, including interfaces to other functions/IT systems.
• Identify cost and quality optimization opportunities; initiate and carry out improvement projects (Lean, automation).
• Coordinate change and release processes with IT project teams.
• Define, maintain and communicate process documentation, policies and service handbooks.
• Plan and execute rollouts of processes and tools into local service organizations.
• Support development of monitoring, reporting and control tools and related governance (e.g. KPIs).
• Deliver training and coaching to business units; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); facilitate workshops.
• Collaborate actively with internal and external stakeholders and prepare analyses and decision papers for management.
