Job summary

Keppel Data Centres is seeking a Business Operations Manager to run the day-to-day financial operations across its Networks business. You will own budgets, cash flow management, payments, POs, billing and management reporting, reporting to the Financial & Investment Lead.

This hands-on role connects technical, commercial, procurement and corporate finance teams to ensure that commitments are tracked, invoices verified, payments authorised and reports delivered accurately and on time in a

Qualifications

5+ years in business operations or FP&A.
Experience with budgeting, cash flow forecasting and month-end reporting in capital-intensive environments.
Proven ability to implement SOPs across P2P and billing processes.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel for reporting.
Strong organisation and stakeholder management across multiple entities and currencies.

Responsibilities

Own budgets and rolling forecasts across Networks, consolidating inputs from multiple teams.
Manage cash flow, POs, procurement, payments and invoicing cycles.
Produce monthly management reporting (P&L, cash flow, AR/AP ageing).
Govern SOPs for P2P and Order-to-Cash processes and maintain controls.
Support audits, tax filings and compliance across all entities.
