Keppel Ltd. is seeking a Business Operations Manager to run day-to-day financial operations for the Networks business. You will own budgets, cash flow, POs, billing, and management reporting, acting as the bridge between technical, commercial, procurement and finance teams.

This hands-on role requires disciplined finance skills and practical process execution in a fast-moving project environment. You will oversee P2P and O2C workflows, drive SOP governance, and support treasury, vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/financial operations or FP&A roles.
• Experience writing, implementing and governing SOPs for P2P and billing processes.
• Comfortable with multi-currency environments and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting across Networks with input from technical, project, commercial and ops teams.
• Forecast cash flow and coordinate intercompany funding and treasury activities.
• Oversee PO process, vendor payments, invoicing and revenue billing.
• Govern SOPs for P2P and Order-to-Cash cycles and ensure policy alignment.
• Produce monthly management reports (P&L, cash flow, AR/AP aging).
• Provide ad hoc analysis to Leads (cost reviews, spend analysis).
