London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Business Manager to drive operational excellence across insights, planning, and governance in Singapore. You will translate data into decision-ready insights, manage AI-enabled reporting, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with the FX Leadership Team.

The role emphasizes strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to automate repeatable workflows with appropriate human review and data controls.

Formación

• > 3-5 years in business ops, finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses of business initiatives, revenue, expenditure, sales activity, product adoption, and client feedback.
• Review operating expenses, travel & entertainment, and indirect costs; support annual budget & planning.
• Define and maintain performance indicators; translate findings into concise recommendations for FX Leadership.
• Understand revenue reporting methods and implement improvements to MI and reporting.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, identify themes, risks, and trends; produce repeatable reporting with validated sources.
