Job summary

ENGIE Group Singapore Local Energy Infrastructures is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of in-house technicians and manage M&E services within a busy office building. The role focuses on safety, compliance and reliability.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate contractors, and drive ISO 14000/18000 compliance. This permanent, full-time position requires strong leadership and hands-on technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building services / M&E Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of building management experience.
• Able to lead in-house maintenance staff and M&E contractors.
• Knowledge of ISO 18000 and ISO 14000 matters.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of in-house maintenance staff.
• Carry out regular inspection of M&E services and recommend improvements.
• Obtain quotations from M&E contractors and review scopes.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Schedule contractors’ servicing/maintenance works.
• Schedule technicians’ routine inspections and maintenance works.
• Handle inter-tenancy fitting out and reinstatement works.
• Conduct safety briefings for all contractors and technicians.
• Update ISO 14000 & 18000 documentation and assist audits.
• In charge of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety matters.
• Review Risk Assessments & Environmental Aspect & Impact.
• Review SOPs including emergency response procedures.
• Attend tenants’ feedback/requests promptly.
• Any other duties assigned by Building Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of in-house maintenance staff
• Carry out regular inspection of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services and recommend to Manager for improvement or rectification work.
• Obtain quotations from Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors and review their job scopes and specifications.
• Plan preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance works
• Schedule Contractors’ servicing/maintenance works
• Schedule technicians’ routine inspections and maintenance works
• Handle inter-tenancy fitting out works / reinstatements works
• Conduct safety briefings for all contractors and technicians
• Update the ISO 14000 & 18000 documentations & assist Manager for the audits.
• In charge of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety matters
• Review the Risk Assessment & Environment Aspect & Impact Assessment from time to time to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Review the Standard Operating Procedures e.g. emergency response procedures
• Attend to tenants’ feedback/requests promptly
• Any other duties assigned by the Building Manager from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in Building services / M&E Engineering or equivalent
• At least 6 years working experience in managing office building
• Able to manage & lead a team of in​house maintenance staff and M&E term contractors
• Preferably with good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
