Job summary

TOTM Labs, a Singapore-listed AI venture builder, seeks a hands-on Senior Business Development associate to own commercial relationships across Southeast Asia and support the Singapore office. You will turn client interest into validated opportunities, shape use cases, and help with investor materials for fundraising.

You will scope solutions, prepare proposals, and coordinate pilots with clients and partners, while managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring market-fit across target

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating client materials, proposals and business cases.
• Ability to lead discovery, research and solution-scoping discussions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional pilots and projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales, solution scoping and proposal development.
• Prepare commercial models, statements of work and presentations.
• Coordinate inputs across product, technical and leadership teams.
• Manage client and partner relationships and follow-on opportunities.
• Develop investor materials and validate market assumptions for fundraising.
