Job summary

TOTM Labs is seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions and Business Development to own the commercial and solutioning relationship with clients and partners in-market while supporting the Singapore office.

You will lead discovery, scope and proposals, develop investor materials, and coordinate pre-sales activities across Southeast Asia, with a hands-on role in market research, client discussions and solution validation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience producing client materials such as proposals, business cases and decks.
• Ability to lead discovery, research and solution-scoping discussions and translate technical concepts into business use cases.
• Experience coordinating projects, pilots or cross-functional workstreams with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales from discovery to proposal submission.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and statements of work.
• Coordinate inputs to develop credible proposals that are deliverable and commercially supported.
