Job summary

You will engage business owners and senior decision-makers, articulate the value of AI-powered and custom software offerings, and drive opportunities from lead generation to closing. You will articulate ROI of AI automation, SaaS products, web/mobile apps, and system integrations, while building lasting client relationships and ensuring smooth project

Qualifications

• Experience selling technology solutions to business owners and senior management.
• Ability to manage complex client conversations and the full sales cycle.
• Experience selling AI automation, SaaS, and custom software solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across AI, SaaS, custom software, web applications and digital transformation solutions.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships and inbound enquiries.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, proposal discussions, negotiations, closing and project handover.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges, operational workflows and digitalisation needs.
• Recommend suitable solutions such as AI consulting, AI agents, AI software development, SaaS products, system integrations, websites and custom applications.
• Prepare and present proposals confidently to business owners, senior management and decision-makers.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, revenue and activity updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and alignment of scope, requirements and expectations.
