Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial activities (operations, project management, procurement, or construction management).
• Proven background in proposal engineering or technical project management.
• Strong financial acumen; ability to build cost estimates and manage tender budgets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; capable of bridging clients and engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand business with existing customers across Singapore.
• Define account-specific strategies and market plans to promote AL solutions and drive growth.
• Serve as the primary professional and technical contact for complex customer inquiries.
• Coordinate internally to develop competitive technical and economic proposals.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design tailored technical and commercial offers.
• Support risk assessments, clarify project scopes, and provide technical inputs for safe, reliable solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers to secure profitable agreements.
• Partner with the Business Development Head on strategic problem-solving and tendering budgets.
• Oversee project budgets and maintain profitability for secured contracts.
• Work closely with onsite operations to anticipate customer expectations and analyze competitor practices.
