Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Senior Business Developer to identify new opportunities and manage key accounts across Singapore. Based in Woodlands, you will provide technical advisory, coordinate with internal teams, and lead profitable tendering and project delivery in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will lead commercial negotiations, develop strategic market plans, and ensure alignment with budgets and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemistry) required.
5+ years of experience in industrial activities, project management, procurement or construction management.
Experience in proposal engineering or technical project management.
Strong financial acumen to build cost estimates and manage tendering budgets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with ability to liaise between clients and engineering teams.
Willingness to travel across Singapore.

Responsibilities

Lead prospecting initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand business with existing customers across Singapore.
Define account-specific strategies and market plans to promote AL solutions and drive growth.
Serve as primary technical contact for complex customer inquiries and provide technical advice.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive technical and economic proposals.
Negotiate profitable agreements and manage tendering budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee project budgets and ensure profitability for secured contracts.
Collaborate with onsite operations to align expectations and monitor competitor activity.
