HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Operational Excellence to drive data-led performance improvement, digitalisation, and process optimisation across its operations.

You will manage operational KPIs and scorecards, analyse performance trends, and work with IT and stakeholders to implement automation and improvements. The role requires collaboration across functions to boost efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, process improvement, or operations excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain operational KPIs and scorecards.
Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
Highlight KPI gaps and drive corrective actions.
Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Develop applications and workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
Use Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or RPA tools.
Collaborate with IT and customers on system changes and requirements.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Share best practices to support continuous improvement.
