Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, process improvement, or operations excellence.

• Manage and maintain operational KPIs and scorecards.
• Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
• Highlight KPI gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop applications and workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Use Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or RPA tools.
• Collaborate with IT and customers on system changes and requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Share best practices to support continuous improvement.
