The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BA, strong English, Jira/Confluence, SQL, and exposure to banking systems like T24. Singapore‑based with cross‑functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business analysis within IT.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence; experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with T24 core banking system is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Autonomous, proactive, and capable of working in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, and document business requirements with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Review processes to spot gaps, inefficiencies, and risks and propose improvements.
• Translate needs into BRD, user stories, flow maps, acceptance criteria, and decision logs.
• Document end‑to‑end journeys and support architecture, PO and dev teams.
• Lead solution specs, interfaces contracts, and non‑functional requirements.
• Develop artefacts like test strategies, end‑to‑end test cases and roadmaps.
