Job summary

Keyrus in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to join a major Wealth Management IT transformation programme. You will work closely with Finance, Regulatory stakeholders and technology teams across Asia and Europe to define requirements and produce high-quality specifications for core banking and credit systems.

You should have 10+ years of BA experience in Banking or Wealth Management, with strong Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting expertise, and a proven ability to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong functional/domain knowledge in Credit & Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
• Proven experience delivering Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting projects involving multiple workstreams and source systems.
• Advanced ability to produce comprehensive, detailed Functional Specifications.
• Strong experience conducting requirements workshops with Business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business and Technology teams.
• Strong experience in impact analysis, gap analysis and requirements management.
• Experience working across the full IT project lifecycle.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Wealth Management IT transformation programme in Singapore.

The role will support the transformation of Core Banking and Credit systems, with a particular focus on the impact on Finance, Credit Risk and Group & Local Regulatory Reporting.

You will work closely with Finance teams, Product Owners, Regulatory stakeholders, System SMEs, technology teams and users across Asia and Europe to define requirements, assess system impacts, drive functional design and support implementation through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business workshops and assess business requirements.
• Work with Finance, Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting teams to define requirements, data mappings and functional scope.
• Perform impact analysis and gap analysis for system transformation.
• Develop detailed Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technology teams.

Key requirements

Must Have

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong functional/domain knowledge in Credit & Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
• Proven experience delivering Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting projects involving multiple workstreams and source systems.
• Advanced ability to produce comprehensive, detailed Functional Specifications.
• Strong experience conducting requirements workshops with Business stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Domain knowledge in Accounting, including accounting movements / GL.
• Experience with IFRS 9.
• Knowledge of Basel / regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience with Core Banking, Credit systems or Wealth Management platforms.
• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst with strong Credit & Risk and Regulatory Reporting expertise, rather than a generalist BA.

You should be comfortable engaging directly with senior Business stakeholders, challenging and clarifying requirements, leading workshops and producing high-quality functional documentation that can be used effectively by technology teams.

Experience in a Banking or Wealth Management environment is highly relevant.
