Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to drive end-to-end delivery of Banking & Lending Systems initiatives. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and ensure compliance with architecture and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of direct experience in business analysis or technology delivery in Banking, with strong loan origination knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in banking process re-engineering and technology solution design.
• Exposure to Asia Pacific/ APAC environments; regulatory awareness and cloud governance preferred.
• Familiarity with solution architecture principles and best practices; CBAP/CCBA/PMP beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of Loans and Lending technology initiatives to ensure timely, budget-aware, and quality execution.
• Prepare project charters, scope statements, risk assessments, budgets, and IT value assessments.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate into functional/non-functional specs.
• Review external BA deliverables for alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide functional leadership across vendor BA workstreams and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify solutions for operational challenges.
• Contribute to solution design, scoping, and target-state definition with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Architecture to align with enterprise standards.
• Support L1/L2 in production maintenance and continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and offshore teams to drive project outcomes.

• Contribute to solution design, project scoping, and target-state definition alongside key stakeholders.
• Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Support L1/L2 teams in production application maintenance, issue analysis, and continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and offshore teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of direct experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technology delivery in Banking industry, with strong knowledge of loan origination systems, lending products, and loan operations.
• Hands-on experience in banking process re-engineering and technology solution design.
• Exposure to Investment Banking or Corporate Banking environments; Asia Pacific experience preferred.
• Understanding of APAC banking regulations, cloud governance, third-party risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with solution architecture principles, design patterns, and business-technology solutioning practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing vendors, external partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are advantageous.
