The role focuses on CRM capabilities, data governance, and API integrations to enable scalable platforms and reliable client data.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Platform, you will gather requirements, map end-to-end journeys, and partner with architects and SMEs to deliver measurable improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking.
• Strong CRM experience and front-office/client-coverage knowledge.
• Experience with API integrations and data governance.
