Job summary

Julius Baer seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support Run-the-Bank activities for Credit Availability Check within GPS. You will bridge business needs and technology, translating requirements into clear artefacts and coordinating across product owners, architects, and development teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business/systems analysis within IT, preferably in Credit Risk or private banking.
• Strong written and verbal English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and Agile/Scrum experience.
• SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Able to work autonomously in a global matrixed team and deliver.
• Ethical, risk-aware mindset aligned with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Translate needs into artefacts: BRDs, user stories, process maps, criteria, logs.
• Assess processes, identify gaps, risks, and improvements for Run-the-Bank activities.
• Lead data/interface analysis across platforms; document mappings and dependencies.
• Define specifications including functional designs, interfaces, and non‑functional needs.
• Create test strategies, end-to-end test cases, architectural blueprints, and roadmaps.
