Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to lead client onboarding projects. You will gather and document requirements for CLM initiatives, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and work with stakeholders and technology teams to ensure accurate delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in banking or financial services, 3+ years in onboarding/KYC/CLM, and familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycles, UAT support, and training during go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Corporate Banking or Financial Services.
• 3+ years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, or CLM projects.
• Experience across full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of CLM processes, preferably with exposure to Pega CLM.
• Understanding of workflows, case management, integrations, data mapping, and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to create process flows, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Experience supporting automation or digitization initiatives is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for client onboarding and CLM initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops to define current and future-state onboarding processes.
• Develop process flows and document standard and exception scenarios.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Track and resolve requirement gaps, process issues, and solution-related risks.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating business users, and validating outcomes.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer during implementation and go-live.
