GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Fenergo/CLM experience to drive design, validation, and implementation of complex business solutions. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage risk assessments, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end CLM solutions.

The role requires 7–10 years in banking/finance, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in banking, financial institutions, or consulting.
• Strong logical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive approach.
• Demonstrated ownership and responsibility in tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
• Technical background and understanding of the SDLC cycle are beneficial.
• Knowledge of CLM and Fenergo products is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to plan design, testing, and implementation activities, including timelines and effort estimates.
• Gather and validate user, business, and system requirements, translating them into detailed technical requirements with solution architects.
• Conduct impact and risk assessments and fit-gap analyses between current and future state processes with technical leads.
• Design functional solutions aligned with CLM workflows and Fenergo capabilities; lead cross-functional teams for integration.
• Document functional specifications and secure sign-off on proposed solutions.
• Ensure traceability of final artifacts back to requirements.
• Configure policy rule sets, workflows, data mappings, and UI behavior for CLM workflows.
• Support system testing with Test Manager and SMEs; assist with integration and UAT and defect triage.
• Collaborate with technical leads on implementation plans, configurations, and runbooks.
• Assist with migration design and data mapping; review reconciliations with business analysts.
• Prepare and deliver user training materials and provide ongoing support.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis; escalate to Project Manager as needed.
