Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a diligent Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management specialist to support account services across the onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, and maintenance lifecycle. You will review documentation, update client static data, and coordinate with Relationship Managers and Compliance to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of experience in documentation-related roles, preferably in private banking account services.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to handle complexity.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain relationships across divisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentations submitted by Front Office are processed accurately and timely, and in line with internal quality standards.
• Perform sanity checks on Periodic Review lists and prepare outstanding document lists for distribution to the Front Office.
• Update client static data into Bank’s core system in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Relationship Manager/Marketing Assistants on status of periodic reviews and maintenance cases.
• Keep abreast of risks and controls and ensure processes are aligned with policies.
• Monitor and address any account exceptions and deviations to ensure compliance with Bank’s policies.
