Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead data analysis projects. You will oversee end-to-end initiatives, act as a hands-on Data Analyst, coordinate team members, and develop project plans while presenting proposals to clients.

Experience in PMO or Business Analyst roles is essential, and the role supports business development and growth initiatives as part of the client engagement. A strong background in data migration and regulatory compliance will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• 10+ years of BA experience, preferably in data migration.
• Experience on banking/financial services projects from a Consulting background.
• Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle, reconciliation and validation.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Hands-on ETL experience with Informatica, Talend or SSIS.
• Experience in test design, SIT validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Knowledge of KYC, CLM, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data quality frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain ARD, BRD, data dictionaries and reporting requirement documents.
• Document business rules, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Analyze source data structures, data quality, and data lineage to support migrations.

• Design, prepare, and execute test cases for migration and reporting validation.
• Prepare test data and support SIT cycles.
• Log defects, track resolution, and participate in remediation discussions.
• Ensure traceability across requirements, data mappings, test cases, and SIT results.
• Collaborate with business users, data architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data migration initiatives.
• Strong experience in banking or financial services projects from Consulting background
• Solid understanding of data migration lifecycle, data reconciliation, and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, profiling, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
• Experience in test case design, execution, and SIT validation.
• Strong documentation skills (ARD, BRD, mappings, data dictionaries).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of KYC and CLM processes and regulatory compliance, exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), familiarity with data quality frameworks, metadata management, or automation for data validation and prior consulting firm experience and leadership exposure are a plus.
