Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst, preferably in banking.
• Strong understanding of business processes and mapping to technology solutions.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and functional specs.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
